Can I get my subscription temporarily suspended if I need to go for a long break or for any other reasons?

Yes you may temporarily suspend your subscription. For the same, you need to give it in writing to Saagars Channel/Society for opting out of service. You can also get re-connected by paying nominal charges.


How will I know about new channels introduced?

Whenever we adda new channel, our set-top boxes will automatically go into re-tune mode and the new channel will get tuned. We also run a scroll on the Cable Channel announcing the addition of the new channel.


Where do I put up the dish antenna?

Saagars Channel saves you from the fuss as there is no need of a dish antenna.


I have more than One TV set at home, will the service be provided to all of them?

Yes of course, all you need to do is buy set-top box for each TV set.


What is broadband Internet and how is it different?

Broadband Internet means Internet provided through cable i.e. fibre optics. This reduces the chances of any breakdown due to weather conditions thus increasing its reliability.
